This is an 16” freshwater pearl necklace strand with an additional,1 3/8” sterling silver heart pendant drop. The pearls are 6 mm and creamy white. The sterling heart is 3D. An additional sterling heart tag is stamped “925.” There is a sterling toggle for closure. Very good vintage condition.
