Items paid by Paypal (must have confirmed address) will be shipped in 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment, only to the address listed with Paypal.
SHIPPING
Shipping is First Class/Insured by the United States Postal Service, with online tracking provided by Delivery Confirmation. If you are ordering for a special occasion, Saved by the Belle will help you with your rush order but is not responsible for the lateness of your order or for a late delivery by the USPS.
Overseas buyers should check their countrys import regulations to see if there are any restrictions or duties. Overseas payments by Paypal only.
CONDITION
When purchasing vintage jewelry please keep in mind the items age. Vintage jewelry will not look new. Gentle wear softens a finish with tiny scratches. This is one element in the production of "patina. Patina gives vintage jewelry the mellow look that is sought after, and acquired through age. There are also changes that occur at the molecular level that affect the surface appearance of a piece, even if it has sat in a jewelry box for decades.
For the most part, all jewelry for sale at Saved by the Belle falls somewhere between excellent and good. If you would like more information about a particular item, please use the contact page. Your question will be answered promptly.
RETURNS
E-mail deborah [at] savedbythebelle.com within two days of receipt of the item. A second email should be sent if no reply has been received from Saved by the Belle. Once you have received a return confirmation, the returned item must be received within 7 days (First Class/Insured/Delivery Confirmation), in the same condition as originally shipped, with any markings (visible or invisible) or tags intact, uncleaned, unpolished, and packed in the same manner as sent. Refunds of the purchase price are sent promptly upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please do not return merchandise without confirmation. Jewelry damaged after your receipt is not returnable.
